Key Instructions
- All departments must ensure timely updation of ER Sheets for officers under their control. It will be carried out in phased manner. In the first phase, officers of IAS, IPS, OAS, OFS, OPS, and OES cadres will be covered.
- HRMS portal must reflect accurate service details, postings, and performance records.
- Responsibility lies with Controlling Officers to verify and validate entries.
