As per Odisha Government Servants' Conduct (Amendment) Rules, 2021, every government servant is required to submit a true and complete declaration of all assets (movable & immovable) as on 1st January every year online in the HRMS portal by **31st January**.
The timeline for submission of Annual Property Statement for the year 2025 (01.01.2025 to 31.12.2025) was **31 January 2026**. However, many employees are yet to file.
After careful consideration, the Government has extended the last date to **31 March 2026** as a **one-time final chance**.
