Sub: Application for visiting Port Blair in the Union territory of Andaman Nicobar by   availing LTC. 

Sir, 

        I beg to state that I will travel to Port Blair in the Union territory of Andaman Nicobar with my family by availing LTC on 24.05.2026 as per the provision contained in Finance Department O.M. 21730/F dated 16.06.1994 and O.M. No. 31243/F dated 10.11.2014. This is the 2nd time I am availing LTC since my joining i.e. 19.11.2008. Previously I have availed LTC in the month of March, 2012.I am enclosing the duly filled in Application as prescribed in O.M. 21730/F dated 16.06.1994. My family members those will travel with me are as follows.
