Eligibility Criteria

For Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist, Junior Typist & Stenographer Grade-III

  • Educational Qualification: Must have passed at least +3 examination (or equivalent) from a recognized university.
  • Computer Diploma: Must have passed at least Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute.
  • Age Limit: Above 18 years and below 42 years as on 17.07.2026. Relaxation: SC/ST/SEBC/Women – 5 years; PwD – 10 years; Ex‑Servicemen – age after deducting service should not exceed 42 years.
  • Typing Speed (Junior Typist): Minimum 40 words per minute in English through computer system.
  • Shorthand & Typing (Stenographer): Minimum 80 words per minute in Shorthand and 40 words per minute in Typewriting in English through computer system.
  • Odia Language: Must be able to speak, read and write Odia and have passed Middle School standard.
  • Character & Health: Must be of good character, sound health, and free from organic defects.
  • Marital Status: If married, must not have more than one spouse living.

For Salaried Amin

  • Educational Qualification: Must have passed Matriculation (10th) or equivalent from a recognized Board.
  • Professional Qualification: Must have passed Revenue Inspector Training.
  • Age Limit: Above 18 years and below 42 years as on 17.07.2026. Relaxation: ST/Women – 5 years; PwD – 10 years; Ex‑Servicemen – age after deducting service should not exceed 42 years.
  • Character & Health: Same as above.

Candidates already in Government service must obtain NOC from their Head of Office.

  • Self-attested Caste Certificate (SC/ST/SEBC) – if applicable
  • Self-attested Medical Certificate (PwD) – if applicable
  • Self-attested Discharge Certificate (Ex-Serviceman) – if applicable
  • Self-attested Sports Identity Card – if applicable
  • Original Character Certificates from two Gazetted Officers / Medical Practitioners
  • Three self-attested passport size photographs
  • Three self-addressed envelopes with Rs. 56/- postage stamps (each)

  • Conversion Certificate (if grade marks are awarded)

  • Application Fee: No fee is charged for any category.
  • How to Apply: Send the filled application form with all enclosures by Speed Post to: District Judge, Jajpur, PO/PS-Jajpur Town, District-Jajpur, Pin-755001 so as to reach on or before 17.07.2026 (5:00 PM). Applications received after the last date shall be rejected.
  • Separate Application: Separate application must be submitted for each post with the post name clearly mentioned on the top of the envelope.
  • Incomplete Applications: Incomplete or defective applications shall be summarily rejected.
  • Canvassing: Canvassing in any form shall be a disqualification.
  • Decision Final: The decision of the District Judge, Jajpur regarding the result shall be final and not liable to be challenged.
