How to Apply for Stall Booking

  • Download Application Form: Download the prescribed stall booking application form from the official website of Odia Language, Literature & Culture Department – culture.odisha.gov.in or use the download link on this page.
  • Fill the Form: Complete all required details including organisation name, category, contact person, stall requirement, and payment details.
  • Submit Application: Submit via email at odishastatebookfair@gmail.com OR in person at the Odisha Sahitya Akademi office.
  • Stall Rent: ₹5,000 per stall (10 ft x 10 ft). Maximum 6 stalls per firm.
  • Payment Details: Demand Draft / RTGS / NEFT / UPI in favour of Odisha Sahitya Akademi, A/c No. 06640110074732, IFSC: UCBA0000664, Secretariat Branch, Bhubaneswar-1, Khordha, Odisha.
  • Last Date: Submit your application by 16.11.2026. No late submissions will be entertained.

Important Terms & Conditions

  • Right to Reject: Organizer reserves the right to accept or reject applications without assigning any reason.
  • No Late Submission: Applications received after the last date will not be entertained.
  • No Refund: Once a stall is booked and payment made, no cancellation or refund is allowed after the last date of booking.
  • Maximum 6 Stalls: Since stalls are subsidized, each firm is permitted to book a maximum of 6 stalls.
  • Permitted Items Only: Sale of toys, mugs, crockery, T-shirts, bags, keychains, honey, medical products, and non-reading items is strictly prohibited.
  • No Free Books Distribution: Distribution of free books is not allowed. Violators will be asked to vacate the stall immediately.
  • No Pirated Books: Pirated books or banned materials will not be allowed. Exhibitors will be solely responsible for any violation.
  • Own Insurance: Exhibitors must arrange their own insurance against fire, flood, water, storms, strikes, riots, natural calamities, etc.
  • No Encroachment: Extension beyond the allotted stall space is strictly prohibited.
  • Penalty for Violations: 20% of rental will be imposed for displaying products outside stalls, plus a penalty letter will be issued.
