Important Notice: CBSE has released the official Date Sheet for the Class X and Class XII Board Examinations 2027. The exams will commence on 16 February 2027 (Tuesday). The date sheets have been released 101 days in advance to help students plan their preparation effectively. Over 26.5 lakh Class X and 19.8 lakh Class XII students have registered for the 2027 Board Exams.

Key Highlights of the Notification
- Exam Commencement: Board Examinations for both Class X and XII will begin on 16 February 2027 (Tuesday).
- Release Timeline: The date sheets have been released 101 days in advance of the commencement of examinations.
- Adequate Gaps: Sufficient gaps have been provided between examinations of commonly offered subjects to help students prepare.
- Entrance Exam Consideration: The tentative schedules of major entrance examinations for Class XII students have been taken into account.
- Subject Combinations: More than 40,000 subject combinations have been factored in to ensure no two subjects opted by a student coincide.
- Exam Timing: All examinations will commence at 10:30 AM (IST).
- Student Registration: Over 26.5 lakh Class X and 19.8 lakh Class XII students have registered for the 2027 Board Exams.
