🔐 HRMS Odisha Login for PAR Submission

To submit PAR online, visit the official HRMS Odisha portal and login using your credentials.

1 Login to HRMS Portal
Go to http://apps.hrmsodisha.gov.in/index.htm and login with your User ID & Password. HRMS Odisha Login Screen
2 Click on Submit Performance Appraisal Submit Performance Appraisal option in HRMS
3 Create New PAR
Select Financial Year and click Create PAR. Create PAR button in HRMS
4 Fill Personal Information → Generally most of your personal info will be autopopulated. If any field like cadre or Headquarter is blank, you may choose or type in the relevant field. Personal Information tab in PAR
5 Absentee Statement → Add New → Add details of leave or training if any. Absentee Statement in PAR
6 Achievements → Add New
