- Must be a citizen of India.

- Assistant Manager (Official Language/IT): Max 32 years
- Management Trainee (Marketing/Accounts): Max 30 years
- Junior Commercial Executive / Junior Assistant: Max 30 years
- Minimum Age: 18 years for all posts
- Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, PwBD – 10 years (15 for SC/ST, 13 for OBC), Ex-Servicemen – 3 years after deduction of military service, J&K domicile – 5 years
Educational Qualification
- Assistant Manager (Official Language): Post Graduate degree in Hindi (50%) + 1 year experience. English as subject upto graduation.
- Assistant Manager (IT): BE(IT/CS), MCA, MBA/PGDM (IT) with 50% marks + 1 year experience.
- Management Trainee (Marketing): MBA in Agri Business Management/Agriculture related (or equivalent).
- Management Trainee (Accounts): CA/CMA.
- Junior Commercial Executive: B.Sc Agriculture (50% marks, 45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Junior Assistant (Accounts): B.Com (50% marks, 45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Junior Assistant (General): Any Graduate (50% marks, 45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Computer Based Test (CBT) Pattern
The CBT consists of 120 Objective MCQ questions to be attempted in 120 minutes. 1 mark for each correct answer and 0.25 marks deducted for each wrong answer.
