Category-wise Vacancy Position

Total: 28 Vacancies. Women/PwD/Ex-Servicemen/Sports Person reservation inclusive of respective categories. Vacancies may vary. PwBD categories: OL (One Leg affected), OA (One Arm affected), PD (Partial Deaf).

Eligibility Criteria

For Jr. Clerk-cum-Copyist & Jr. Typist

• Nationality: Citizen of India.
• Educational Qualification: Passed at least +3 examination (or equivalent) from a recognized University.
• Computer Diploma: Passed Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute.
• Age Limit: Above 18 years and below 42 years as on 07.08.2026. Relaxation for reserved categories as per rules.
• Odia Language: Must be able to speak, read and write Odia. Must have passed a test in Odia equivalent to M.E. Standard.
• Character: Must be of good character.
• Health: Must be of sound health and free from organic defects.
• Marital Status: Must not have more than one spouse living.
• Typing Speed (Jr. Typist): Minimum 40 words per minute in English typewriting through computer.

For Salaried Amin

• Nationality: Citizen of India.
• Educational Qualification: Passed Matriculation (10th) or equivalent from a recognized Board.
• Professional Qualification: Passed Revenue Inspector Training from a recognized Institution.
• Age Limit: Above 18 years and below 42 years as on 07.08.2026. Relaxation for reserved categories as per rules.
• Odia Language: Must be able to speak, read and write Odia. Must have passed a test in Odia equivalent to M.E. Standard.
• Character: Must be of good character.
• Health: Must be of sound health and free from organic defects.
• Marital Status: Must not have more than one spouse living.

English (For Jr. Clerk & Jr. Typist – 100 Marks)

• Essay Writing: 30 Marks
• Letter/Application Writing: 20 Marks
• Translation (Odia to English): 15 Marks
• Translation (English to Odia): 15 Marks
• Summary of an English Passage: 20 Marks

Standard required: Equivalent to +3 Examination level.

Computer Science Test (Practical – 100 Marks – 1 Hour)
