• General / OBC / EWS: ₹1000/- (inclusive of GST)
• SC / ST / PwBD / Women / AAI Apprentices: NIL
• Payment Mode: Online (Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI)
• Fee once paid will not be refunded.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification & Experience (as on 07.09.2026)

• Manager (Engg-Civil/Elect): B.E./B.Tech in respective discipline + 3 years experience.
• Manager (Finance): MBA (Finance)/CA/CMA/CFA + 3 years experience.
• Manager (IT): B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA + 3 years experience.
• Manager (Architecture): B.Arch (Registered with Council of Architecture) + 3 years experience.
• Manager (Law): Professional Degree in Law (3/5 years) + 3 years experience.
• Manager (Fire Services): B.E./B.Tech (Fire/Mechanical/Automobile) + 3 years experience.
• Manager (Operations): Graduate in Science + MBA OR B.E./B.Tech + 3 years experience.
• Manager (Commercial): Graduate + MBA (Marketing) OR B.E./B.Tech + 3 years experience.
• Junior Executive: MBA (Finance)/CA/CMA/CFA (Finance); Law Degree (Law); Graduate+MBA or B.E./B.Tech (Operations); B.E.(Civil)/M.Sc(Geography/RS/GIS/Geomatics) (Survey). No experience required.

Experience should be from Govt/PSU/Large Private Sector (Listed companies, >250 employees, >Rs.250 Cr turnover).

Age Limit (as on 07.09.2026)

• Manager: Maximum 32 years
• Junior Executive: Maximum 27 years
• Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, PwBD – 10 years, Ex-Servicemen – 5 years, AAI Employees – 10 years.

Exam Pattern

Computer Based Test (CBT) – Objective Type

Physical Tests (Manager Fire Services)

• Physical Measurement Test, Driving Test, Physical Endurance Test (Running, Casualty Carrying, Pole Climbing, Rope Climbing, Full Ladder Climbing).
• Only candidates qualifying these tests will be allowed for interview.
• Valid Permanent Light Motor Vehicle License required at Application Verification.

Important Instructions

• Application Mode: Online only at www.aai.aero (Careers tab).
• Multiple Posts: Can apply for multiple posts with separate registration and fee for each.
• OBC Certificate: Must be issued during FY 2026-27 with "Non-Creamy Layer" clause.
• EWS Certificate: Must be valid for FY 2026-27 in prescribed format.
• PwBD Certificate: Must be issued on or before 07.09.2026 through Swavalamban/UDID portal.
• NOC: Government/PSU employees must produce NOC at Application Verification.
• Colour Blindness: Rejection criterion for all posts except Finance.
• Posting: Selected candidates will be liable to be posted anywhere in India.

PwBD & Scribe Guidelines

• Eligible PwBD categories: VI (B/LV), HI (D/HH), LD (OA, OL, BA, BL, OAL, CP, LC, Dw, AAV, MDy, SD/SI), d&e (ASD, SLD, MI), MD.
• Scribe Facility: Available for Blindness, Both Arms affected (BA), Cerebral Palsy, and other categories with certificate of limitation to write.
• Compensatory Time: 20 minutes per hour for eligible candidates.
• Less than 40% disability: Can avail scribe with certificate from Government Health Care Institution.
• Scribe Qualification: Should be one step below the candidate's qualification, from different academic stream.

• Permanent Disability Certificate (PwBD) – 40% or higher
• Ex-Servicemen Discharge Certificate
• No Objection Certificate (if serving in Govt/PSU)
• AAI Apprentice Certificate (for fee exemption, if applicable)
• CGPA/OGPA Conversion Formula (if applicable)
