Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification (as on 21.08.2026)

  • Graduation in any discipline from a University recognized by Govt. of India.
  • Computer Literacy: Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Computer Operations/Language OR studied Computer/IT as a subject in High School/College.
  • Ex-Servicemen: Matriculate with Army Special Certificate of Education after 15 years of service.

Age Limit (as on 01.08.2026)

  • Minimum: 20 years | Maximum: 28 years
  • Born between: 02.08.1998 to 01.08.2006 (both dates inclusive)
  • Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, PwBD – 10 years, Ex-Servicemen – Service period + 3 years, Widows/Divorced Women – up to 35/38/40 years.

Local Language Proficiency

  • Must be proficient in the specified local language of the State/UT applied for.
  • Candidates who studied the language in 10th or above will be exempted from LLPT.
  • LLPT will be conducted after Main Examination – qualifying in nature.

  • Phase III: Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT) – Qualifying
  • Final: Provisional Allotment based on Main Exam merit + preferences
  • Validity: One year from Provisional Allotment date
