• General / OBC: ₹1000 + GST @18% = ₹1180/-

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution (as on 09.08.2026).
• Must possess valid mark-sheet/degree certificate proving graduation on the date of registration.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year post-qualification work experience in Clerical/Officer Cadre in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank.
• Experience certificate in prescribed format required.

Age Limit (as on 01.07.2026)

• Minimum: 20 years | Maximum: 30 years
• Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, PwBD – 10 years, Ex-Servicemen – 5 years, 1984 Riot Affected – 5 years.

Local Language

• Must be proficient (reading, writing & speaking) in the specified local language of the State for which applying.
• Language Proficiency Test (LLPT) will be conducted – qualifying in nature.

Online Written Test (Objective)

Selection Process

• Phase I: Online Written Test (150 Marks)
• Phase II: Screening of Documents
• Phase III: Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT) – Qualifying
• Phase IV: Personal Interview (50 Marks) – Min Qualifying: 50% (Gen/EWS) | 45% (SC/ST)
• Final Selection: Based on combined performance in Written Test + Interview, subject to qualifying LLPT.

Important Instructions

• Application Mode: Online only at pnb.bank.in (Recruitment/Career section)
• One State Only: Apply for only one State. Multiple applications will be rejected.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in Scheduled Commercial Bank/RRB is mandatory.
• Language Proficiency: LLPT is qualifying – must secure minimum marks prescribed by Bank.
• NOC: Serving employees must produce NOC at the time of Interview.
• CIBIL Score: Minimum CIBIL score of 680 required at the time of joining.
• Indemnity Bond: Selected candidates must serve for 3 years or pay ₹2,00,000.
• Posting: Will remain in the same State for 9 years or until promotion to SMG Scale IV.
