Application Fee

• Payment Mode: Online (BHIM UPI, Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card)
• Fee once paid shall not be refunded.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification (as on 30.09.2026)

• SI in Delhi Police & SI (GD) in CAPFs: Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
• SI (Fire) in CISF: Bachelor's Degree in Science with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics OR Matriculation with 3-year Diploma in relevant Engineering.
• Candidates appearing in final year can apply but must possess EQ on or before the closing date.

Age Limit (as on 01.08.2026)

• For all posts except SI (Fire): 20 to 25 Years
• For SI (Fire) in CISF: 18 to 30 Years
• Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, Ex-Servicemen – as per rules, Widows/Divorced Women – up to 35/40 years.

Paper-I: Computer Based Examination (200 Marks)

Paper-II: Computer Based Examination (200 Marks)

Physical Standards (PST/PET)

• Male (General): Height 170 cm, Chest 80-85 cm
• Female (General): Height 157 cm
• PET (Male): 100m in 16s, 1.6 km in 6.5 min, Long Jump 3.65m, High Jump 1.2m, Shot Put 4.5m
• PET (Female): 100m in 18s, 800m in 4 min, Long Jump 2.7m, High Jump 0.9m

Important Instructions

• Application Mode: Online only at ssc.gov.in
• OTR Mandatory: One-Time Registration required on new SSC website.
• Driving License: Male candidates applying for Delhi Police SI must possess a valid LMV Driving License.
• NCC Bonus Marks: NCC 'C' – 5%, 'B' – 3%, 'A' – 2% in both papers.
• NOC: Government employees must produce NOC at Document Verification.
• Post Preferences: Must be submitted online before final result.
• All India Service Liability: Applicable for all posts except Delhi Police SI.
