Application Fee

• Male Candidates (UR/OBC/EWS): ₹100/-
• Female Candidates (All Categories): Exempted
• SC/ST Candidates: Exempted
• Ex-Servicemen: Exempted
• Payment Mode: Online only through CRPF Recruitment website
• Note: Fee once paid will neither be refunded nor adjusted.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• HC/GD: 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized Board/University.
• CT/GD: Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized Board.
• Note: Candidates must possess the prescribed qualification as on 11/11/2026.

Sports Qualification

• International Level: Represented the country in recognized International Competitions.
• National Level: Represented a State/UT in National Games/Championship with medal or position up to 3rd place.
• Inter-University: Secured 1st or 2nd position in individual events or team reached finals.
• Junior National: Won Gold or Silver medal in individual/team events.
• Note: Sports achievement certificate should be of last two years from the date of publication.

Age Limit (as on 01.08.2026)

• Age Range: 18 to 23 Years
• Born Between: 02/08/2003 and 01/08/2008
• Age Relaxation: UR – 5 Years, OBC (NCL) – 8 Years, SC/ST – 10 Years, Ex-Servicemen – As per rules

Physical Standards

Medical Standards

• Eye Sight: 6/6 and 6/9 for both eyes without correction.
• Colour Blindness: Not eligible.
• Other Conditions: No knock knee, flat foot, varicose veins or squint.
• Tattoo: Allowed only on inner forearm or dorsum of hand (size less than 1/4 of the body part).

Selection Process

• Stage 1: Documentation & Identity Verification (including Biometric capture)
• Stage 2: Physical Standard Test (PST)
• Stage 3: Sports Trial Test
• Stage 4: Detailed Medical Examination (DME)
• Stage 5: Review Medical Examination (RME) – if required
• Final Merit: Based on marks obtained for Sports Achievements/Certificates only.

How to Apply

• Application Mode: Online only through the official website.
• Website: https://rect.crpf.gov.in
• Steps: Register → Fill Application → Upload Documents → Pay Fee → Submit.
• Documents to Upload: Photograph, Signature, Thumb Impression, Educational Certificates, Sports Certificates, Caste Certificate (if applicable).
• Note: Only ONE application is allowed per candidate.

Important Instructions

• One Application Only: Multiple applications will lead to rejection.
• No TA/DA: No travelling allowance, lodging or boarding will be provided.
• PwD Not Eligible: Persons with disabilities are not eligible to apply.
• Bond: Selected candidates must submit a bond to serve for a minimum period of 3 years (₹1,00,000).
• Performance Monitoring: Performance will be monitored for 2 years; if not up to standard, services may be terminated.
• All India Liability: Selected candidates liable to serve anywhere in India or abroad.

• Beware of Touts: Money is not charged for recruitment in CRPF.
