- In pursuance of the G.A. & P.G. Department’s Resolution No. 8898/Gen. dated 15.03.2024, the Government in the Handlooms, Textiles & Handicrafts Department has approved restructuring of the Odisha District Handicrafts Ministerial Service Cadre.
- The restructuring covers 30 District Handicrafts Offices (DHOs) and the Headquarters of the Directorate of Handicrafts, Odisha.
- This exercise aims to streamline administrative functioning, bring uniformity in pay structure, and enhance career progression opportunities within the cadre.
- The revised structure and scale of pay will be implemented as per the approved matrix enclosed in the official order.
- The order takes effect from the date specified in the resolution and supersedes any previous instructions to the contrary.
