COUNTING OF PAST SERVICES IN CASE OF TRANSFER OF CENTRAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES TO STATE GOVERNENT

       For a central government employee who joins a state government employee through proper channel the services need to be counts  since the central government has extended the provision to state government employees (who resigns with proper permission) covered under NPS.

 The DOPT guideline in reference to the above case is given below.
