About Driving License Issuance in Odisha
After obtaining a Learner's License (LL), you are eligible to apply for a Driving License (DL) after a mandatory waiting period. The application must be submitted after 30 days of the LL issue date and within 6 months of the LL issue date.

Follow these steps to apply for a driving license online through the Parivahan portal:
Step 1: Visit the Parivahan Portal
Open your web browser and go to the official Parivahan website:
Click on Online Services
On the Parivahan homepage, click on "Online Services" from the main menu.
Select Driving License Related Services
Click on "Driving License Related Services" from the dropdown options.
Select State – Odisha
From the state selection menu, choose "Odisha".
Click on Apply for Driving License
Click on "Apply for Driving License" to start the application.
Click on Continue
Click on the "Continue" button to proceed to the next screen.
Provide Learner License Number & Date of Birth
Enter your Learner's License Number and Date of Birth as per your LL. Click "Get Details" to fetch your information.
Provide the Class of Vehicle
