Key Provisions of the Notification

Establishment of Courts: In pursuance of Section 14 of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (33 of 1989) and all other powers under the said Act enabling the State Government in this regard and on the recommendation of and in consultation with the High Court of Orissa, the State Government hereby establishes six number of Courts of Additional District and Sessions Judges as Exclusive Special Courts.
