The Government of Odisha has incorporated the iGOT Karmayogi training parameter in the Annual Performance Appraisal Report (PAR) starting from the PAR period 2025-26.

All reporting authorities must now evaluate the Officer Reported Upon (ORU)’s performance based on successful completion of a minimum of 20 hours of iGOT Karmayogi training annually in online modules. The last date to complete this training for PAR 2025-26 is 31 March 2026.
