Odisha Context: Odisha Government has introduced mandatory **20 hours iGOT Karmayogi training** for the first time for PAR 2025-26 with deadline **31 March 2026**.

The Central Government has extended the deadline for completion of mandatory iGOT Karmayogi courses and comprehensive assessment from **31 March 2026 to 30 April 2026**.
Since Odisha has introduced the **20-hour mandatory iGOT training** for the **first time** this year (to be reflected in PAR 2025-26), many employees and employee associations are hoping that the Odisha Government will also grant a similar extension, giving a fair chance to complete the training.
