  • Timing Change: All Government, Government Aided and Privately Managed Schools in Khordha district, having classes from Sishu Vatika to Class-XII, will function from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM with effect from 19.06.2026 to 25.06.2026.
  • Reason for Change: The order is issued in view of the heatwave condition along with high humidity prevailing across the district, with a view to safeguard the health and well-being of the students.
  • Safety Measures: Heads of institutions shall ensure adequate drinking water, ORS, First-aid and ventilation arrangements for the safety and security of the students.
  • Administrative Functions: All administrative functions, Mid-Day Meal (MDM) and other essential school activities shall continue as usual within the above timings.
