Step 2: Accessing the Challenge Portal
Click on the link designated as "View/Challenge OMR Sheet & Recorded Responses". You will see the high-resolution scanned copy of your submitted OMR sheet alongside the data fields and options read by the scanning machine.
Step 3: Identifying and Selecting Discrepancies
Candidates can raise an objection regarding the OMR Responses if they do not match the data records available with the NTA:
OMR Responses: Review the recorded choices question by question. If a recorded option differs from what you marked on the sheet, select the question number and tick your claimed option.
Step 4: Fee Payment
For every individual challenge raised, the candidate is required to pay a processing fee of ₹200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only).
• This processing fee is refundable if the candidate's claim is verified as correct.
• The total fee, calculated automatically by the system, must be paid online via Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, or UPI.
Step 5: Submission & Acknowledgement
Once the payment is successfully processed, click on "Submit Challenge". Candidates must download and print the Acknowledgement Page containing the transaction details and the summary of challenges raised for all future references.

Important Instructions for Candidates

  • Review Carefully: Candidates are advised to carefully review the scanned image of their OMR Answer Sheet before submitting any challenge.
  • Valid Marking: Only responses marked by completely darkening the appropriate circle using a Blue or Black Ball Point Pen will be treated as valid OMR responses.
  • Single Circle Only: Only one circle should be darkened for each question. If more than one circle is marked, the response will be treated as invalid and will attract negative marking.
  • No Alterations: Once a response has been marked on the OMR Answer Sheet, it cannot be changed. Overwriting or alteration may affect its reading by the OMR Scanner.
  • Stray Marks: Stray spots, stray marks, partial markings, or any other unintended marks may be incorrectly interpreted by the OMR Scanner.
  • Scanner's Recording: The response recorded by the OMR Scanner is based solely on the markings made by the candidate on the OMR Answer Sheet.
  • Compare Before Challenge: Candidates should submit a challenge only after carefully comparing the scanned image with the response displayed on the portal.

Unfair Means (UFM) Warning

If it is found that a challenge has been submitted on the basis of a manipulated or tampered scanned image of the OMR Answer Sheet, the matter shall be treated as a case of Unfair Means (UFM). Appropriate action, including debarment and/or legal proceedings, may be initiated in accordance with the applicable rules.
