180 Days – Service Delivery Timeline
As per the Odisha Right to Public Services (ORTPS) Act, the competent authority (Tahasildar) must dispose of the land partition application within 180 days from the date of receipt of the complete application.

How to Apply Online for Land Partition
Follow these steps to apply for partition of land on mutual agreement online:
Step 1: Visit the Odisha Revenue Services Portal
Open your web browser and go to:
https://odisharevenueservices.nic.in
Click on the link "Land Record Services".
Access Land Record Services
On the homepage, click on "Land Record Services". Then click on the link "odisharevenueservices.nic.in" to proceed.
Select Partition Service
Click on "Apply Partition of Land on Mutual Agreement U/s Sec 19(1)C of OLR Act" to start the application.
Enter Land Details
Provide the details of the land: Tahasil Name, Village Name, and Khata No. correctly. Check the 'Praja Information' displayed on the screen for verification.
Enter Co-Sharer Details
Enter the details of the 1st co-sharer. Then add the 2nd, 3rd, and subsequent co-sharers by clicking the "Add more co-sharer" button as per your case.
Verify and Manage Co-Sharers
The details of all co-sharers will be visible in the table below for verification. If you want to delete any co-sharer, click on the "Delete" button on the right-hand side of the table.
Upload Documents
Upload the partition document (mutual agreement) and the trace map of the land showing the proposed division.
Submit Application
Click on the "Submit" button. You will receive an Application Number – keep this for future correspondence with the Tahasil.
Pay the Requisite Fee
Pay the application fee online using Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card. Check the amount and click "Make Payment". You will be redirected to the Treasury Portal of Odisha.
Follow the instructions and complete the payment. Once successful, you will get an Acknowledgement-cum-Payment Receipt.
Important: If you do not receive the receipt even after amount deduction, wait for 48 hours for payment status updation. You may generate the receipt using your Transaction ID.
