In exercise of powers under Section 78 read with Section 79 of the Registration Act, 1908, the Government of Odisha has notified a **fixed registration fee of ₹20,000** for registration of the deed of conveyance transferring common areas and facilities to the Association of Allottees under the Odisha Apartment (Ownership and Management) Act, 2023.
This fixed fee of ₹20,000 per project applies to the deed executed by the Promoter for transfer of common areas and facilities to the association of allottees.
