Odisha State Archaeology (OSA) invites original and creative logo designs from the public to create a distinct visual identity for the organization responsible for conservation, preservation, documentation, and promotion of Odisha’s archaeological heritage.

Cash Prize: ₹25,000 for the best selected design Certificates: Top 50 designs will receive Certificates of Appreciation

Objective of the Competition

  • Design a unique, meaningful, and original logo representing Odisha State Archaeology.
  • Symbolically reflect Odisha’s ancient civilization, monuments, temples, sculptures, heritage, art, and archaeological legacy.

Eligibility

  • Open to all individuals (students, professionals, artists, designers, general public).
  • No age restriction.
  • Each participant can submit up to **2 designs** only.

Design Guidelines

  • Design must be **100% original** and unpublished.
  • Use of **Artificial Intelligence (AI)** tools/platforms is **strictly prohibited**.
  • Logo should be scalable and suitable for print, digital media, signage, publications, and official documents.
  • Text (if used) should preferably include: “Odisha State Archaeology” or “OSA”.

Submission Guidelines

  • Format: PDF only (high quality, minimum 300 DPI recommended).
  • Include: Each design must be accompanied by a brief concept note (max 200 words).
  • Submission Mode: Email only (no other mode accepted).

Selection & Award

  • A Selection Committee constituted by the Department will evaluate all entries.

Ownership & Copyright:
- The selected logo becomes the exclusive property of Odisha State Archaeology.
- The Department has full rights to modify, adapt, and use the logo for all official purposes.
- No royalty or further compensation claims will be entertained.

Declaration Required: Participants must confirm originality, non-use of AI, and acceptance of all terms.
