Mode of Valuation

Note: There is no re-checking of Project Papers and Internal Subjects. Two separate challans have been configured (one for General Streams, one for Vocational).

(A) Online Valuation (On-Screen)

The following papers are evaluated online. Students can download scanned copies from a link sent to the Principal/Headmaster's email ID.

  • Science & Commerce Streams: All Theory (T1) papers, Vocational Trade Subject & Integrated Vocational Subject.
  • Arts Stream: Theory (T1) papers of English, Mathematics, Information Technology (IT), Geography, Statistics, MIL (Hindi/Urdu/Sanskrit/Telugu), Vocational Trade Subject & Integrated Vocational Subject.
  • All Vocational Stream Papers: MIL-O, MIL-H, MIL-URDU, MIL-TELUGU, MIL-BENGALI, MIL-ALT, ENG, ENGLISH, BFC (History/Pol.Sc/Eco/Phy/Chem/Bio/Math etc.) and all trade papers.

(B) Offline Valuation

No link will be provided to students for downloading scripts valued in offline mode.

  • Arts Stream: All Theory papers (except those listed in Online section above).
  • All Streams: Practical Papers (P1) of Science, Commerce and Arts subjects.
  • Note: Students can get photocopies of rechecked answer scripts (offline mode) only after publication of re-addition results, by writing to the Controller of Examinations.

Procedure for Re-checking/Re-addition

1. How to Apply & Deposit Fee

  1. Visit the SBI online banking website: https://www.onlinesbi.sbi
  2. Click on "SB Collect" tab.
  3. Select State: Odisha.
  4. Type of Institution: Educational Institutions.
  5. Institution Name: Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha.
  6. Select Category: Re-checking/re-addition of marks for Arts/Science/Commerce 2026 (or Vocational, as applicable).
  7. Enter number of papers (Max 5 allowed per stream) and fill in Roll No., Mobile No., Date of Birth, Name, and Aadhar No.
  8. Select subjects and pay Rs. 200/- via Net Banking/UPI/Cards. Save the e-receipt.
  9. Important: Candidates are advised to apply early to avoid last-minute rush.

2. Getting Answer Scripts (Online Valuation Only)

Students who applied for re-checking in online subjects will receive an SMS alert with a link to the Principal's email. The Principal will download the scanned copy + statement of marks and provide it to the student. If no SMS is received by 23.06.2026, report to coechseodisha@email.com by 28.06.2026.

3. How to Lodge a Complaint?

If a student finds any error (unvalued portion or addition error) after checking the downloaded script:

  1. Fill up the Proforma (available at the Principal's office).
  2. Submit the proforma to the Principal/Headmaster of your Higher Secondary School.
  3. Principal will upload the grievance. Last Date: 30.06.2026.
