- Provisional Gradation List: The Provisional Gradation List of Level-V (B) Senior Teachers of Elementary Cadre of Khordha District as on 31.05.2026 has been prepared as Annexure-I (Matric/I.A/I.Sc./+2/Graduate/CT/D.El.Ed with OTET-I) and Annexure-II (B.A/B.Sc/CT/B.Ed/D.El.Ed with OTET-II).
- Legal Basis: Prepared as per Odisha Elementary Education (Method of Recruitment & Conditions of services of teachers and Officers) Amendment Rule 2019 and instructions in Letter No. 12270 Dt. 13.05.2026 and Memo No. 9663 dt. 18.05.2026 of the Director Elementary Education, Odisha.
- Option for Level IV: The Level-V (B) Senior Teachers may be instructed to exercise their option for Level IV (HM. Pry. / Graduate Tr. Arts / Graduate Tr. Science).
- Invitation for Objections: Objections / suggestions, if any, with documentary evidences are hereby invited from the concerned Teachers and to be submitted to this office through their respective Block Education Officers.
- Submission Timeline: Objections must be submitted within 30 (thirty) days from the date of issue of this office order for examination and consideration at this level.
- Late Submissions: The objections / suggestions received after the stipulated date shall not be taken into consideration and shall be liable for rejection.
- Pending Litigations: This Provisional Gradation list is subject to the explicit condition that it shall abide by the final outcome of the pending litigations, including the Review Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the writ petitions before the Hon'ble High Court, Odisha.
