Eligibility Criteria

For Officer (Finance) – E1 Grade

• Qualification: CA/CMA OR B.Com/BMS/BAF/BBA + MBA (Finance) / MMS (Finance) / PGDM (Finance) from UGC/AICTE recognized institute. M.Comm is not considered.
• Minimum Percentage: No percentage criteria for CA/CMA. For post-graduation, minimum 60% in final year (55% for SC/ST).
• Age Limit (as on 01.03.2026): UR – 30, OBC – 33, SC/ST – 35.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in executive cadre dealing with Accounting, Auditing, Budgeting, Taxation (SAP FICO desirable).

For Officer (HR) – E1 Grade

• Qualification: Regular full-time Post-Graduation (MBA/MMS/PGDM) with specialization in HR / Personnel / Social Work / Welfare / Industrial Relations / Labour Studies from UGC/AICTE recognized institute.
• Minimum Percentage: Minimum 55% aggregate in final year for SC category.
• Age Limit (as on 01.03.2026): SC – 39 years.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in HR Department dealing with Labour Administration, Industrial Relations, Grievance Handling, Welfare, Court Matters etc.

For Officer (Medical) – E1 Grade

• Qualification: MBBS from a recognized university with valid MCI registration. Post-graduate in Industrial/Occupational Health preferred.
• Minimum Percentage: As per university norms.
• Age Limit (as on 01.03.2026): UR – 30, OBC – 33, SC/ST – 35.
• Experience: Relevant experience as per RCF norms.

For Officer (Legal) – E1 Grade

• Qualification: LLB from a recognized university. LLM is desirable.
• Minimum Percentage: As per university norms.
• Age Limit (as on 01.03.2026): SC – 39 years.
• Experience: Relevant experience as per RCF norms.

For Senior Manager (CC Lab) – E5 Grade

• Qualification: Ph.D. in Chemistry from UGC/AICTE approved institute OR M.Sc. in Chemistry with 3 years experience OR B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engg. (after Diploma) with 60% marks.
• Minimum Percentage: No percentage for Ph.D. For B.E./B.Tech, minimum 60% in final year.
• Age Limit (as on 01.03.2026): UR – 34, OBC – 37, ST – 39.
• Experience: As per qualification path – Ph.D (0 yrs), M.Sc (3 yrs), B.E./B.Tech (0 yrs).

Age relaxations: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, PwBD – 10 years. Additional 5 years for 1984 riot victims.

• Self-attested Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) – if applicable
• Self-attested PwD Certificate – if applicable
• Self-attested Experience Certificates (with joining/relieving letters)
• Recent Passport Size Photograph (scanned for online application)
• Scanned Signature
• Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, etc.)
• NOC from Current Employer (if applicable)
• Bank Account Details (for TA reimbursement)

All documents must be uploaded in the prescribed format on the online portal. Original documents must be produced at the time of interview.

Selection Process

For Officer (E1 Grade) & Senior Manager (E5 Grade)

Candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance in the Personal Interview. A waitlist will be prepared as per RCF norms.
