Important Instructions

  • One Candidate – One Post: Candidates can apply for only one post as per eligibility and choice.
  • Multiple Applications: Not allowed for the same post; only application with higher Application Number will be considered.
  • Cut-off Date: 01.09.2026 for reckoning essential qualification, experience, age, etc.
  • Qualification: Must be from UGC/AICTE recognized University/Institute. ODL degrees permissible.
  • Experience: Training/Internship/Articleship during academic course will NOT be considered as experience.
  • Apprenticeship: One year apprenticeship with ITI qualification under Schedule-1 of Apprenticeship Rules, 1992 with National Apprenticeship Certificate is considered as work experience (as per MSDE OM dated 19.02.2024).
  • NOC: Candidates working in Central/State Govt./PSU/Autonomous bodies must apply through proper channel and produce NOC at DV.
  • Place of Posting: Any MECL Project/Office/Establishment in India or overseas.
  • Probation: Minimum 1 year, extendable up to 1 more year.
  • Medical Fitness: Mandatory for all posts. For specific posts (Junior Driver, Mechanic, Mechanic-cum-Operator, Machinist, Technician Drilling, Electrician), absence of colour blindness and night blindness is mandatory.
  • No TA/DA admissible for Written Test/DV/Skill/Trade Test.
