Eligibility Criteria

For Manager

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university with minimum 55% marks in aggregate.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in officer cadre in any commercial bank OR 5 years in officer cadre in any co-operative bank or financial institution (DFI, NBFC, Insurance Company, Investment Company, etc.).
• Preference: Master's Degree in Finance / Bank Management / Cooperative Management / Business Administration / Information Technology.
• Age Limit (as on 01.04.2026): Minimum 21 years, Maximum 42 years.

For Assistant Manager

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university with minimum 55% marks in aggregate.
• Preference: Master's Degree in Finance / Bank Management / Cooperative Management / Business Administration / Information Technology and experience in any commercial bank or co-operative bank or financial institution.
• Age Limit (as on 01.04.2026): Minimum 21 years, Maximum 32 years.

Age Relaxation

• SC/ST/SEBC (OBC)/Women/Ex-Servicemen: 5 Years relaxation
• PwBD: 10 Years relaxation
• Note: A candidate who comes under more than one category shall be eligible for only one benefit of relaxation (most beneficial).

Exam Pattern & Selection Process

Selection Process

• Stage 1: Online Written Test (CBT)
• Stage 2: Viva-voce Test (Interview)

Negative Marking

• 1/4th (0.25) of the marks assigned to the question will be deducted for each wrong answer.
