Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Essential: Bachelor's Degree with Honours in the respective practical subject (Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Anthropology, Education, Geology, etc.).
• Odia Language: Must be able to speak, read and write Odia and have Odia as a language subject in H.S.C. Examination or equivalent.
• Equivalence: Candidates with qualifications from outside Odisha must produce proof of equivalence from a recognized University/Institution/Council/Board of Odisha.

Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026)

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 42 Years
• Age Relaxation: SC/ST/SEBC/Women/Ex-Servicemen – 5 Years, PwD – 10 Years, PwD (SC/ST/SEBC) – 15 Years (Cumulative)

  • Applicant's Recent Passport Size Colour Photo (10KB - 50KB, Max resolution less than 800px)
  • Full Signature of the applicant
  • Left Thumb Impression of the applicant
• File Format: JPG only. File Size: Minimum 10KB - Maximum 50KB.
• Click Save & Next.

Step 5: Application Preview & Final Submission

• Verify Details: Review your Personal Details, Address Details, Educational Qualifications, Criminal Declaration, and Uploaded Photo/Signature/Thumb Impression.
• Declaration: Carefully read the declaration, tick the required checkboxes, and confirm that all information is correct.
• Submit: Click "Confirm & Submit for final submission". Click "Back" if any edit is required. After clicking "Confirm & Submit", the application cannot be edited again.

Step 6: Payment Process

• After final submission, you will return to the Dashboard.
• Click "Pay Now".
• You will be redirected to the official payment gateway.
