Odisha Govt Sanctions 3% Dearness Relief (T.I) Hike
For Pensioners & Family Pensioners – Effective 01 July 2025

Subject: Sanction of Dearness Relief @3% (from 55% to 58%) for State Government Pensioners and Family Pensioners

📘 Key Highlights
  • New DR Rate: Increased from 55% to 58% of basic pension.
  • Effective Date: Applicable from 01 July 2025.
  • Beneficiaries: All pensioners and family pensioners under Revised Pay Scale 2017.
  • Payment Mode: DR will be paid in cash from the date of effect.
  • Official Order: Notification issued by Finance Department with full details.

This relief hike ensures inflation-adjusted support for retired employees and their families. Pensioners are advised to download and refer to the official PDF for pension disbursing authority and audit compliance.
