The Finance Department has restructured Group-D posts and their promotional hierarchy within the overall sanctioned strength to streamline cadre management and career progression.
Base cadre posts (Level-1) will be filled only through direct recruitment. Promotions to higher levels follow percentage distribution and eligibility criteria.

- Distribution of Posts: Percentage applied from lower to higher level. Fractions ignored; extra posts added to base level (Level-1).
- Duties: Daftary/Zamadar etc. perform duties as assigned; continue to avail admissible allowances.
