Important Dates

• Regular Positions: ₹1000/-
• Fixed Term Positions: ₹500/-
• SC / ST / PwBD / Ex-Servicemen: NIL
• Payment Mode: Online
• Fee once paid will not be refunded.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification (as per post)

• General Manager (C&P): Engineering Graduate in Electrical/Electronics/Civil/Mechanical/Solar/Renewable Energy with 60% marks + 22 years experience.
• DGM (Legal): Graduate with LLB (3/5 years) + 16 years experience in Legal/Regulatory matters.
• Deputy Manager (EMD): BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Solar/Renewable Energy with 60% marks + 4 years experience in Power Trading.
• Deputy Manager (IT): BE/B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA with 60% marks + 4 years experience.
• Accounts Officer: CA or CMA or MBA (Finance) with 60% marks + 1 year experience.
• Officer (HR & Admin.): MBA/PG Diploma in HR with 60% marks + 1 year experience.
• Fixed Term Positions: BE/B.Tech in relevant discipline + 1-4 years experience as per post.

Age Limit (as on closing date)

• E-1 Level: As per SECI Recruitment Rules
• E-3 Level: As per SECI Recruitment Rules
• E-6 Level: As per SECI Recruitment Rules
• E-8 Level: As per SECI Recruitment Rules
• Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, PwBD – 10 years over and above category relaxation, Ex-Servicemen – as per Govt. directives.

Important Notes

• All qualifications must be from UGC-recognized Indian University / AICTE-approved institutions.
• Minimum 60% marks required in essential qualification (except CA/CMA).
• Teaching experience will not be counted as work experience.
• Full-time Consultancy/Young Professionals Experience shall be considered for Executive positions.
• NOC required for Government/PSU employees.

Selection Process

• Stage 1: Application Scrutiny & Shortlisting
• Stage 2: Written Test (if required)
• Stage 3: Group Discussion (if required)
• Stage 4: Personal Interview
• Final Selection: Based on performance in selection process
• SECI reserves the right to raise minimum eligibility standards.

Important Instructions

• Cut-off Date: Closing date of notification – 23.09.2026
• NOC: Government/PSU employees must produce NOC at interview.
• Photo & Signature: Upload in jpg/jpeg format (20 KB to 50 KB).
• CTC Proof: Private sector candidates must submit pay slips/Form 16.
• Posting: Anywhere in India at any Unit/Area/Project under SECI.
• Medical Fitness: Final appointment subject to medical fitness.
• Court Jurisdiction: Delhi only.

PwBD Guidelines

• Eligible: Persons with 40% or more benchmark disability.
• Age Relaxation: 10 years over and above category relaxation.
• Fee Exemption: PwBD candidates are exempted from application fee.
• PwBD candidates are encouraged to apply for all regular positions.
