Eligibility Criteria

For Junior Clerk, Junior Typist, Copyist & Stenographer Gr-III

  • Nationality: Citizen of India.
  • Educational Qualification: Passed at least +3 examination (or equivalent) from a recognized University.
  • Computer Diploma: Passed at least Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute.
  • Age Limit: Above 18 years and below 42 years as on 13.08.2026. Relaxation for reserved categories as per rules.
  • Odia Language: Must be able to speak, read and write Odia. Must have passed a test in Odia equivalent to M.E. Standard.
  • Character: Must be of good character.
  • Health: Must be of sound health and free from organic defects.
  • Marital Status: Must not have more than one spouse living.

For Salaried Amin

  • Nationality: Citizen of India.
  • Educational Qualification: Passed Matriculation (10th) or equivalent from a recognized Board.
  • Professional Qualification: Passed Revenue Inspector Training from a recognized Institution.
  • Age Limit: Above 18 years and below 42 years as on 13.08.2026. Relaxation for reserved categories as per rules.
  • Odia Language: Must be able to speak, read and write Odia. Must have passed a test in Odia equivalent to M.E. Standard.
  • Character: Must be of good character.
  • Health: Must be of sound health and free from organic defects.
  • Marital Status: Must not have more than one spouse living.
