Eligibility Criteria

For Jr. Clerk-cum-Copyist, Stenographer Gr-III & Junior Typist

  • Nationality: Citizen of India.
  • Educational Qualification: Passed at least +3 examination (or equivalent) from a recognized University.
  • Computer Diploma: Passed at least Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute.
  • Age Limit: Above 18 years and below 42 years as on 01.05.2026. Relaxation for reserved categories as per rules.
  • Odia Language: Must be able to speak, read and write Odia. Must have passed a test in Odia equivalent to M.E. Standard.
  • Character: Must be of good character.
  • Health: Must be of sound health and free from organic defects.
  • Marital Status: Must not have more than one spouse living.
  • No Criminal Proceeding: Shall have no criminal proceeding pending against him/her.
  • Typing Speed (Stenographer): Minimum 80 wpm in Shorthand and 40 wpm in Typewriting through Computer System.
  • Typing Speed (Junior Typist): Minimum 40 wpm in Typewriting through Computer System.

For Salaried Amin

  • Nationality: Citizen of India.
  • Educational Qualification: Passed Matriculation (10th) or equivalent from a recognized Board.
  • Professional Qualification: Passed Revenue Inspector Training from a recognized Institution.
  • Age Limit: Above 18 years and below 42 years as on 01.05.2026. Relaxation for reserved categories as per rules.
  • Odia Language: Must be able to speak, read and write Odia. Must have passed a test in Odia equivalent to M.E. Standard.
  • Character: Must be of good character.

Manner of Selection / Shortlisting

  • Career merit lists prepared based on total percentage of marks in HSC, +2 & +3 examinations.

  • Based on written test marks, candidates up to 10 times of vacancy in each category shall be called for practical tests.
  • Select list shall remain valid for one year from the date of first appointment.
