The GA & PG Department has initiated the Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APAR) for the year 2025-26 covering the period from 01.04.2025 to 31.03.2026. All government employees must submit their self-appraisal report online through HRMS by 31st May 2026.

Step 2 – Remarks of Reporting Authority
The immediate Reporting Authority must record their remarks/assessment on the APARs of their subordinate officers online through HRMS.
REPORTING AUTHORITY

Step 3 – Remarks of Reviewing Authority
The Reviewing Authority must record their remarks on the APARs online through HRMS after reviewing the assessment made by the Reporting Authority.
