Who Can Apply: All Government employees of Nagaland who do not avail government accommodation are eligible to claim House Rent Allowance (HRA) by submitting the prescribed application form.

Important Points to Note

7th Pay Commission: HRA rates for Nagaland Government employees are fixed as per the 7th Pay Commission recommendations and notified by the Finance Department.
No Govt Quarter: HRA is payable only to employees who are not allotted government quarters or accommodation. If accommodation is provided, HRA stands discontinued.
